My Services

Free Initial Consultation

This 15–20 minute phone call is an opportunity for us to connect, discuss what you're looking for in therapy, and determine whether we're a good fit. You'll be able to ask questions, share what’s bringing you to therapy, and learn more about my approach—no pressure or commitment required.

Inital intake $160

The intake session is our first full session together. We’ll explore your background, current concerns, and goals for therapy in more depth. This helps me understand your unique experiences and begin tailoring a treatment plan that fits your needs.

Individual Therapy $160

Each 50-minute session is a space just for you—where you can show up as you are, talk through what’s on your mind, and feel truly heard. Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you, build insight, and work toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you. Sessions are always guided by your goals, your needs, and what matters most to you.

I am currently not in-network with any insurance companies. However, I help clients request possible reimbursement from their insurance companies, by providing the required paperwork.

Autism Services

I have extensive experience working with neurodivergent individuals and a deep appreciation for the unique strengths and challenges that come with being on the autism spectrum. I provide individual therapy for clients with ASD who may also be navigating anxiety, depression, emotion regulation difficulties, or social skill challenges. I also support parents and caregivers through individual therapy as they adjust to a new diagnosis or cope with the ongoing realities of supporting a neurodiverse family member—offering a space for reflection, support, and growth along the way.

Depression & Anxiety

I work with individuals who are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, weighed down by depression, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. These experiences can be isolating and exhausting, but you don’t have to face them alone. Together, we’ll explore what’s contributing to your distress, develop tools to help you cope more effectively, and create space for self-compassion and meaningful change. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, capable, and connected—to yourself and to the life you want to live.

Grief & Adjustment

Grief and life transitions can bring up a wide range of emotions—sadness, confusion, anger, numbness—and often leave us feeling unmoored. Whether you're coping with the loss of a loved one, a major life change, or adjusting to a new chapter you didn’t expect, I’m here to support you through it. In therapy, we’ll make space for your experience without judgment, honoring both your pain and your resilience. Together, we’ll work to find clarity, healing, and a renewed sense of direction as you navigate what comes next.

“good faith estimate”

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. The information provided in the good faith estimate is only an estimate, as actual services, or charges may differ.

My policy clients to make payment at the time of service, and choose the frequency of scheduled appointments. Your Good Faith Estimate will include a wide range of potential costs, as the number of sessions are likely to vary based on client need. Once you have met with your provider, she will have a better sense of symptoms, likely diagnoses, and severity, and may be able to offer more specific guidance.

As described in the informed consent paperwork, you have the right to decide at anytime to end therapy services. You have the right to end therapy at any time without any moral, legal, or financial obligations other than those already accrued.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call your provider directly.
